Piera is the founder and editor-in- chief of the popular mom blog, Jolly Mom.  She is considered one of the top general market mom bloggers in the country and has received several online accolades for her achievements, including most recently being named one of mom.me’s 2014 Top 50 Mom Bloggers, and one of Mashable’s 2013 Top 10 Mom Bloggers. Piera has worked with and developed campaigns for large brands including: Coca-Cola, Hewlett-Packard, Step2, Kellogg’s, Pampers, Procter & Gamble, Macy’s, Sears, and Target among others.

Piera’s years of experience in social media and blogging have given her a firsthand look into the power of blogger/brand relationships and how to create successful campaigns that resonate with moms. Her prior experience in launching a successful real estate firm, on which she still serves as board president, has armed her with a keen sense for understanding businesses and their needs.

Piera was born in Uruguay and is fluent in both Spanish and English.  She moved to the U.S. when she was a year old and now lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, son and daughter.

Angela Sustaita-Ruiz is co-founder and partner of DiMe Media (formerly Latina Mom Bloggers), a leading, national network of U.S. Hispanic digital influencers on YouTube, Instagram, Vine, Facebook and blogs that develops culturally relevant campaigns that engage U.S. Hispanic consumers.

In addition to her duties at DiMe, the 15-year communications industry veteran is also the co-founder of the annual Hispanicize Event, the nation’s largest annual event for Latino trendsetters and newsmakers, and of the Hispanic PR Blog.

An award winning marketing professional, Angela is a former recipient of the Hispanic Public Relations Association PR Professional of the Year Award. A 15-year veteran of public relations, Angela leverages her extensive brand and agency expertise to create comprehensive digital influencer campaigns that drive consumer engagement and deliver proven results.

Prior to launching her own businesses, Angela was Southwest Regional Manager at global PR firm Edelman. During her nearly 10 years at the firm’s New York and Austin offices, and later as senior consultant in Miami, she directed national Hispanic marketing initiatives for Fortune 500 companies including The American Heart Association’s Go Red Por Tu Corazón, Unilever, Kraft Foods, Hershey, Starbucks and AstraZeneca.

A proud Texan of Mexican descent, Angela is also known for her adventurous family road trips with husband, Manny Ruiz, a.k.a. PapiBlogger.  Together they have traveled over 30,000 miles across the U.S. visiting 45 of the 50 states, Canada and Costa Rica while working with State Farm, Best Western, Toyota, Disney, McDonald’s, Sprint and the Costa Rican Tourism Board.

Cristy is an entrepreneur and award-winning marketing, media and communications practitioner with more than 15 years experience and specialization in Hispanic and multicultural community initiatives. She is the founder and co-publisher of Los Tweens & Teens, a bilingual blog and community resource site engaging multicultural parents and kids from ages 7-16.

Prior to joining Latina Mom Bloggers, Cristy led PR Newswire’s Multicultural Markets division as senior vice president, a role she was appointed to following the 2008 PR Newswire acquisition of Hispanic PR Wire, LatinClips and Hispanic Digital Network- all companies that she co-founded and spearheaded. Before launching her own companies, Cristy led the Hispanic Markets Practice at global communications firm Porter Novelli and worked with top Miami-based marketing agencies. She has directed and managed U.S and Latina America-focused programs for agency clients including Procter & Gamble brands, Carnival Cruise Lines, and Big Brothers Big Sisters among other clients.

Cristy brings her expertise in entrepreneurship, marketing and business to the Latina Mom Bloggers team directing new services while creating unique social media engagement programs for clients.

A New Jersey native of Cuban descent, Cristy is an active Girl Scout Troop leader and volunteers with other community organizations, speaks nationally at conferences and blogs regarding social media initiatives at Hispanicize.com. She resides in Miami Beach with her husband and identical twin daughters.
